What is SafeHire Certification?
SafeHire is the standard that has been developed by Hire Association Europe (HAE) and the British Standards Institute (BSI). It aims to track the effectiveness of equipment rental companies, while raising standards and improving services across the sector. SafeHire also offers guidance to firms of all sizes on how to strengthen internal processes.
By doing this while understanding client needs better, it helps hire companies to become more competitive and to improve their service further. Not only that, but the controls will help make sure that workplaces are well-maintained and don’t expose clients or employees to any unnecessary risks. This standard involves the following organisations:

- Health and Safety Executive
- Contractor Health and Safety Assessment Scheme
- Events Supplier and Services Association
- United Kingdom Contractors Group
